Tracy believes that God uses her work as a means to start children on the right path by giving them a foundation in the wisdom of the Lord.

Tracy grew up in the mountains of North Carolina. She and her husband of 16 years met and married in college where she majored in Business. They moved to Fayetteville in 1993 and joined Village Baptist Church.

She has 13 years experience in childcare. Her 2 teenagers began their education in the VBC Daycare program where Tracy has served for the past 9 years.
